Privacy notice
Last updated: July 6, 2026
This notice explains how information submitted through this website is handled. VozOps is a commercial brand of Cyboring Technologies LLC (“we,” “us”). This notice covers the public website at vozops.com only. Data handling within a contracted service deployment is governed separately by the applicable written client agreement and its data-processing terms — not by this page.
Information we collect through this website
We collect only what you choose to submit through the site’s forms:
- Assessment submissions: your description of an operational workflow (business function, direction, channels, volumes, expected actions, systems, industry, jurisdiction, languages, and impact estimates) together with your name, company, role, work email, optional phone number, and workflow description.
- Contact inquiries: your name, company, role, work email, optional phone number, and the content of your message.
Our hosting and delivery infrastructure may process technical data (such as IP addresses and request logs) as part of operating and securing the website. This website does not set cookies and does not include a third-party advertising or analytics tracker.
What you must not submit
Website forms are for business inquiries only. Do not submit personal customer data, customer lists, account credentials, payment-card or bank details, government identifiers, health information, or other sensitive or regulated data through this website. If such data is submitted despite this notice, we will delete it when identified.
How we use submitted information
- To review, classify, and qualify your inquiry or workflow assessment.
- To respond to you and communicate about a potential engagement.
- To maintain reasonable business records of commercial communication.
We do not sell submitted information, and we do not use it to train machine-learning models.
Legal basis and consent
Forms on this site require your explicit consent to be contacted before submission. You may withdraw consent for future contact at any time by telling us so in any reply.
Vendor processing
We use infrastructure service providers to operate this website (hosting, content delivery, and form-submission processing) and standard business email services to respond to you. These providers process data on our behalf to deliver those functions.
Cross-border processing
Our infrastructure providers may process website data in countries other than yours. Where a specific engagement requires defined data-residency or transfer terms, those are addressed in the applicable client agreement.
Retention
Inquiry and assessment submissions are retained for as long as needed to evaluate and respond to them and to keep reasonable records of commercial communication, after which they are deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion at any time (see below).
Your rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you submitted, and you may object to or restrict our processing of it. To exercise these rights, contact us through the contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period consistent with applicable requirements.
Service boundary of this notice
This website describes a managed service model. Nothing on this site — including this notice — constitutes legal, financial, medical, or compliance advice, and this notice does not define the data-protection terms of any contracted deployment. Those terms are established per engagement, in writing, before production use.
Changes to this notice
If this notice changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised date.
